Order Submission & Confirmation

1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
2. An order confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of payment—this confirms order receipt, not shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.
3. Order Cancellations
   • Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
   • After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
   • Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
   
   
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Product Compliance & Liability

1. Compliance Guarantees
   
   
   • All products comply with Prop 65 standards (no harmful chemicals or lead content).
   • Mops and trash cans meet CPSC safety regulations for household items (no sharp edges, stable bases).
   • Towels are made with OEKO-TEX certified fabrics (free of toxic substances).
     
     
     Compliance certificates are available upon request via customer service.
   
   
2. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   We are not liable for:
   
   
   • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., towel absorbency, mop handle length, trash can color).
   • Damages caused by improper product use (e.g., mops used on abrasive surfaces, towels bleached with non-recommended cleaners, trash cans overloaded beyond capacity).
   • Indirect damages (e.g., cleaning delays due to product unavailability) resulting from order cancellations or shipping delays.
   
   
3. Warranty Coverage
   
   
   • Mop: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (handle breakage, mop head detachment); excludes wear from regular use.
   • Towel: 6-month limited warranty against stitching defects; excludes fading or shrinkage from improper washing.
   • Trash Can: 1-year limited warranty against cracks or structural defects; excludes dents from mishandling.
   
   

User Obligations

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete order information (e.g., correct shipping address, product preferences). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
2. Use products in accordance with the user manual and care instructions (e.g., wash towels in recommended water temperature, avoid exposing plastic trash cans to extreme heat).
3. Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
4. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution

1. All website content (product images, descriptions, care guides, compliance documents) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in North Carolina.
4. These terms are governed by North Carolina state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
